Where to get electronic components

I've seen these 3.5mm jacks before - the ones with a ring that tightens so you thread the jack through the hole and then tighten the ring on the other side to keep it in place. What are these called and where can I get them.

I'm also looking for the headers to connect to the HD audio on the motherboard and for a similar thing for USB.

If there is somewhere I can get the cables all together for a reasonable price I'd like to know that as well. Thanks all!
