there is a place that aol poeple use webtops or so,thing, its veryy gunky i think, so i simply rotate os's have each have a diff desktop, , , easier that way

Check out Deskmod for some cool backgrounds, icons, skins, and IDEAS for your own desktops.

And there are a number of programs out there that will allow you to cycle your backgrounds at a set period of time, my personal favorite is simply called Wallpaper Changer. It's freeware, small, and it does the job. As well as a few other tricks.
