Hi Guys.

I am new to contacts and now have nearly run out of my eye drops and multi-purpose solution bottles. I was wondering where (online or off) I can find the best prices on these items. Specifically I am looking for AMO (Advanced Medical Optics) Complete Brand Multi-Purpose Solution bottles and also their AMO Complete Brand Blink-N-Clean lens drops.

Thanks!!

darn i was going to say costco but they don't sell those brands there methinks.

i personally use renu multiplus no rub solution since i have biweeklies, and costco has it the cheapest there hands down. two huge bottles. eyedrops come in two packs.

is that a major brand? you might want to try target or walmart. occasionally target will run a sale on contact solution, but usually its only for renu or the general bausch and lomb brand.

if you're using eye drops a lot, are you not adjusting well to the contacts? i remember i was dependent on the drops for about two weeks before i finally got used to it and now i only carry it around just in case my eyes dry out, which is rare. remember to blink. :)

walmart, or your local grocery store, get the store brand stuff, all of them are mostly made by Bauch & Laum(sp?)

There is really no need to spend more money than you have to on cleaning solutions. I've been wearing contacts for 8 years, and I've just used the cheap saline solution to clean them when i take them out and store them over night, and i can get 1 month lenses to last 2 months or more.

Ask your eye doctor to give you the free samples when you go in to buy the contacts. You can ask for 2 and they'd provide it usually. If they don't, go buy your contacts from another eye doctor. That should save you some bucks.

I used to do that. I would come out from the eye doctor with enough solution to last a long while.

I use the eyedrops to wet my eyes prior to putting the contacts in and also just before taking them out... makes it easier and feels good too.
