Where to get colored acryllic?

I hope this is in the right spot................

I am looking to buy a sheet of blue transparent acrylic (or plexiglass, are they the same?) and have yet to find a place whos shipping cost is at least equal to the cost of the item itself. I just went to a place that had a 24x24 sheet (more than what I need) for 22$..........great, but it had 27$ ground shipping. How much can it cost to ship a piece of plastic? This is for a case mod I am doing, I am not sure on exact dimensions, but it should be around 14"X16.5" (L, W). But I would like a little extra just to be sure. Do you guys know of any B&M stores that sell colored acrylic, I am in NH. I tried home depot but they only have clear sheets. I am perfectly happy ordering from online, but I refuse to pay 30$ shipping for a piece of plastic.

Plexiglass is just a name brand of a clear acrylic sheet...

Home Depot / Lowes / Etc should all have sheets, getting it colored might be a bit tough, but I would suggest getting a clear sheet and adding colored window tint to color it.

...FWIW in Minneapolis there are local plastics places that will give away left over parts and pieces. I got a bunch for a work project not to long ago, all pieces over 12x12 for free.
