Where to get CD-Rs cheap?

Well, I can't figure out where to get CD-R media. Is there somewhere online that sells them cheap? Or is there some local store like CompUSA that has the best deals. I don't know why, but I can't seem to find the $0.10 CD-Rs that all the news articles are talking about that are going to "balloon" in price to $0.35/each this summer... They seem to be about $35/100 spindle at the best everwhere. Can anyone help?

If you have any stores near you, check out Coompsua, Staples, and Best buy. Compusa last week had 100 pc 12x bulk disks for $15 without the need of any rebates. You can order from these stores online also. Check out their web sites for their current sale items. Sometimes they have disks at good prices, often with rebates involved.
