Where to get an Athlon XP1900+ T-Bred?

I'm looking for an Athlon 1900+ T-bred, i.e., not Palomino. The reason is that it runs a lot cooler and I'm trying to put together a quiet PC. The 1900+ Palomino run $85 and the cheapest T-Bred I can find (e.g. 2200+ @newegg) runs >$150, ouch!
