Where to get an AOL CD

Damn. I remembered to pack everything. I think.

But I forgot to get an AOL CD. Going on a trip...need an AOL CD in case where I wind up has no free Internet.

Where do I find these damn things? I've gotten tens of them in the mail...and threw'em all away.

Help.

You could just download it now and install it in case.

EDIT: Link
Just be aware you won't be able to post on AT using AOL.

Also available at Kinko's. I seem to recall reading that it is next to impossible to purge the crap that gets installed with the free AOL package these days, short of formatting your main drive. I would go without internet before I would use AOL.

I agree. Well, I'd go without internet before having to install AOL on my machine.

My bank has AOL CDs on the counter.

But even if you can't get an AOL CD (don't know why you would want to use their software), you can just sign up on one of the locally cheap ISPs. You don't need software or anything, just need the dialup number and a proper account on the ISP.

Wow, that's like... "Where can I find air?" or "Where can I find water?". Dirt might work too, though there's probably more AOL CDs than there is dirt in the world.

Hahahaha...I had the same problem a while ago, they rotate the stores they put them in and none of the stores I checked did. But yeah, simply downloading and installing will get you your free trial.

BAWAWHAHAHA. I've never heard anyone ask for that before..

USe netzero. Free accounts and it fits on a floppy.

That, and you dont; ahve to waste 100Minutes of phone time trying to cancel from AOL😛
