where to get an alpha and panaflo

I just put an alpha 8045T on my machine and it is working great. My brother is in the process of building his first machine and I convinced him to go with the Alpha and a panaflo, however, I've not bought tons on-line, and usually when I do i've gone through newegg. Currently both items are out of stock there. I've tried looking at some other sites but had trouble finding that heatsink. What places do you guys reccommend as reliable and easy to deal with?

Panaflos at PCMods. Good people, but no Alphas there.
