I'm finally moving on to Win7, so I'll be setting both controllers ICH9R and JMB363 to AHCI mode.

However, I would still like to install Windows XP on a different drive for legacy purposes just in case. In order to do that I need to load AHCI drivers for both ICH9R and JMB363 from floppy via F6.

Problem is I googled and for the life of me I can't find where I can get these drivers.

Any help? Where do I download these drivers?

Is the IP35-Pro using ICH9R? Then just get the Intel drivers, and then get the Jmicron drivers. You could probably even get them from another mobo mfg, like Gigabyte, if the chipsets are the same. I'm pretty sure the Giggy drivers aren't locked to just Gigabyte boards. They probably just get them from the chipset mfg and rename them before they post them on their web site.
