Where to get a noisemeter/dbmeter?

Hm, my AMD64 which was fine when new sounds like the CPU fan is getting louder and louder. But I can't figure it out, maybe it's just that I become more sensitive as I shut up other stuff.

Anyone know where I can buy a noisemeter?

Yeah, RS sells one. Jameco.com and places like that. Just go to froogle and search on db or sound level meter.
