Where to get a good P4 1.6Ghz

I am think of get a P4 1.6Ghz Northwood chip but where is the best place to get a good chip for overclocking....should i get it online where you can't tell what the Ver is or what the Packdate is...(and OEM vs Retail) or go to a computer store and be able to see all the info on the chip but pay more.....
