where to fix my MuVo?

I have a MuVo. I've had it for over a year now, but when I tried to use it last (which was on the plane to Spain 😀), it didn't work. I can put mp3s/files on it, take it off, etc. So the USB device works fine. However, when I put it in battery pack to listen to my music, it doesn't get any power from it, even though the AAA battery is fine.

What is wrong? Should I send it back to Creative, or is this something I can fix? Or maybe I should buy the new Muvo NX? 😛

Unless it's still under warranty, It'd almost be more cost effective to just buy a new one. If you do want to buy a new one, I'd wait to see if they indeed do come out with the mini iPod.

BTW, where in Spain did you go?

Creative won't do anything with your Muvo. They have a 90 day warranty and shoddy support. You're better off doing it on your own. As far as getting another Muvo, I wouldn't suggest it. I'm writing Creative off and moving away from their products.

If you want stories, i'd be more than happy to share.

I think that I'll try to fix it, and if that doesn't work, I may just get an Ipod or a bigger MP3 player. I really liked my MuVo, but it was really small (128mb is not enough).

All over! I spent 2 weeks there. I'm reviewing and will be uploading pictures then I'll post on ATOT for all to see! 🙂

First we (family + I) went down to Malaga and stayed in a nice resort for a week. Went up the eastern coast, and stopped in Barcelona for new years. Then we went to see the Guggenheim in Bilboa. Then returned to Madrid and left. I arrived back last night.

Very beatiful place. Also good that I've had 4 years of Spanish in HS.

I stayed with a family in Madrid for a few weeks last March and loved it as well. Spain really is a beautiful country.
