Where to FIX MONITORS?

My dell 2001fp cracked the screen and need t replace.
Where is the cheapest place to change the screen or is it not worth it?
Should I just buy a new monitor?

This comes back to my age old complaint, that Anandtech should start a general hardware or video section to ask these types of questions.

just buy a new one.

Seeing as how 20" lcd's are under $200 bucks.. it's probably cheaper to just get a new one than to look for a replacement LCD for that Dell.

its really for the look. This was used in a dual monitor setup. wall mounted.
Now I have to replace both monitors to look asthetic and also functional.

you could try and buy a broken monitor with a good lcd, or try and find a replacement lcd screen and tear it apart yourself.

just buy a used one on FS/FT or EBay.
