Where to find the 250Mhz 3.6ns Radeon 8500?

I just read that you can't flash the LE version from Newegg to Retail speed. Which is 230Mhz core
Also, is it true that you have to have one with 3.6ns Ram and starting clock speed of 250Mhz?? Anyone know where I can find a version that can be turned into retail Version??

where did you read that? Was the voltage mod done to the ram? The cards usually won't flash at the default voltage being fed to the ram because on OEM and LE cards they are under voltage.

I have a Radeon OEM at 250Mhz and 3.6ns RAMS, will flesh BIOS tonight and see what happens. Many others had done the same and gotten great results.
