Where to find stepping codes info for amd processors....

Someone posted a PDF file that showed what the codes on a retail box meant... anyone know where i can find it?

ALSO...

is this a valid coding for an amd processor?

AXDA2100UT3C? (no D after the second zero)

any place/way to find the stepping on a xp chip, other than on the chip itself.
Maybe using serial #'s off the box?
