Where to Find Lappie Replacements (other than fleabay)?

I have a pretty common lappie - Dell Inspiron 8200 and my cd burner crapped out. I've checked Dell, and they sell if for a real premium price.
Anybody know of a place other than fleabay to get a cheaper deal? Seems like these cd burners can go out pretty easily, and I dont know if
Dell would honor the warranty if its bought off fleabay. I'd really appreciate any info.

Well its similar to the Dell Part #: 313-1290 but that model isnt for my laptop. I currently dont see the exact model, they may have taken it off or something.

The only model I found on eBay was 5G219 but couldn't find it on Dell's S&P web site.

Yeah neither can I.....Just proves how resourceful fleabay can be.
Only fleabay will have the wierdest part or just about anything you
can imagine and at a reasonable price too!

I guess I'll have to settle for the $120-140 version off fleabay. Just worried
that I'mma burn a few CDs then it craps out.

Well I was mentioning the buy-it-now price, but I didnt mention that it was the 24xCdrw/DVD combo: linky

I noticed they have ended at around $100-120 for the auction version (not the buy-it-nows, but from the same seller)

You could always check around pricewatch for low priced components.
