I've finally got some free time lately, and I wanted to go see if I could dig around for some obscure free music to sample, only to find mp3.com had redone their site, and it's horrible now. Plus, there's no content for me. I remember when it had charts for every little genre and sub-genre, with all kinds of bands listed for them, and you could go and check under whatever genre you'd like for as many bands in that genre as you wanted. I found a lot of great obscure music that way a few years back, and it lead me to some great bands long before they became known as great. Are there any other sites similar to that, that are around now? I'm looking to sample some new stuff. Any response (asides from negative ones ;P) will be appreciated. Thanks.
