I want 512 MB of CAS 2 PC2700 ram. Which brands have CAS 2 DDR333? Also, which ones are good for price/performance. I am not doing any overclocking, I just read that the benefits of PC2700 ram are diminshed because the majority of it is CAS 2.5 compared to DDR266's CAS of 2. So I am hoping PC2700 CAS 2 will fix this - the only problem is what brands have it that are good, and where can I find it for a reasonable amount. Thanks!

I'm not familiar with overclocking....how would I get this to run at CAS 2? Meaning, what does it involve doing? Thanks.

Edit: Also, newegg has Corsair XMS CMX512-2700C2 memory which runs at CAS 2 for $160. The Samsung is $149. For $11 more is it worth it to get ram rated at CAS 2? Or am I just wasting my money?

You just need to change to BIOS settings to run CAS2. No fancy tricks. The Samsung is all good.
