Arghhh....I was to have a package delivered via FedEx today...and my family knew it was coming. I asked them yesterday to make sure someone was home to sign for it. My sister acknowledged she'd be there all day. I just check the tracking results, and guess what. They attempted delivery, and NO ONE WAS HOME! At 10:40 in the morning! I'm getting a little peeved this keeps happening, considering my father is retired and my sister is a lazy bum and doesn't work. I honestly can't remember the last time I had a package that needed signed for delivered on the first attempt. You'd think someone could be home to sign for my damn packages. UPS isn't a problem, they leave stuff when I'm not home (as per the papers they have on file).

I know FedEx has the one-time release (which they left on my door no doubt), but do they have one where I can put it on file with them and they leave stuff all the time? I'd prefer everything got shipped USPS, but thats not possible in most cases. I live out in BFE, so its not like someone is going to steal my stuff.

give em a call, they are usually very nice and will leave notes in your record for the drivers

Excellent. I shall call them immediatly, as my family is supposed to be around tomorrow too, but I know how that will probably end up.

What about USPS? I'm expecting a package via USPS and I wasn't here to pick it up on Friday and they didn't leave a note or leave it on the porch, where the hell is it? Are they going to try delivering again, I WANT MY PACKAGE!
