Where to find dual split cables for Matrox MMS and Quadro4 cards???

Matrox MMS and the Quadro4 vid cards need a LFH-60 to dual dvi/vga cable to function. I have the dual vga one for my quadro4 but need the dvi version. Any idea where one could be found affordably since matrox wants $59 plus shipping????

what does it look like, I have like 20 dvi to dual dvi cables.. the single dvi header is slightly bigger then the single dvi..

please let me know.. ill take a pic of what i got tomorrow and if it's right, u can have it for shipping cost (4 bucks)

well... its a 60 pin high desity on one side and two normal dvi plugs on the other....

if you could throw up a picture i would appreciate it....
