where to find copper shims?

technically this is for a mxm card, but i figured this would get more help here.

anyone know where to buy some very thin copper shims? like 1-2mm high? i would prefer a brick and mortar store, since i dont want to wait for something like this to get to me in 5-7 days.
 
Can't refer to a local store or machine shop unless we know what town/city you can access.
 
oh ok i'll check into machine shops. i had no idea where to begin looking. except something like ebay. i was kind of doubtful i'd be able to find it locally b/c i'd need maybe less than one inch square of material.
