Where to find computer techies?

Hmmm... don't know why it's so difficult to find computer techies to staff a computer shop in Australia. So instead of trying the usual channels, methinks, "lets try one place where ppl really KNOW something about computers! AT!"

Anyway, I'm 22 with a computer shop and no one to staff it! Anyone know anyone in Australia who wants to work in a comp shop?
