Where to find cheap cables (once shipping is added in)

Where can I find cheap IDE ATA/100 dual device cables at (round or flat). Also, I'm looking for a usb cable to hook up my Epson 780 printer. Newegg is only like $4 for either, but you have to add $6 for shipping and handling, per cable. Anyone know where I could get these for cheaper than $9 each.

svcompucylce had cheap rounded ide cables a while back. The shipping was very reasonable.
