Where to find a replacement I/O panel for an Abit KT7A?

Did you try emailing Abit? I've heard some mobo mfg. will send you a replacement, some won't. You could also post in the For Sale/Trade forum here to see if anyone has one.
 
Call them. I've had both Asus and MSI send one to me for free, so I would assume it's the same for any reputable manufacturer.
 
I used to have a KT7A...I don't remember the panel being special, I thought it just used the standard layout thats popular now. KB/Mouse, USB, Parallel over 2 x serial, etc?
