Where to download full offline version of Netscape 6.01?

I can't find it in netscape.com.

You should find a link at http://download.cnet.com/ - actually, it's just an install program that connects to the Netscape site and takes an interminably long time (even with DSL connection) to download and install the program components. I tried it, then went back to version 4.61.

Netscape 6x may not be compatible with some on-ine banking services. BoA for instance. :Q

Thanks esung. I want to download it not because I like it or I use it. I only use it once in a while and use it only when I need to browse a site that works better with Netscape.

And I kinda like the UI. but overall, It sucks big time. compared to Opera 5.02 or IE 5.5 SP1.

or Konqueror 2.1Beta2 🙂 (2.1 final in 1 week!!!!!!!!!). Netscape's going down on all platforms. IE is the only MS product I think they actually did a good job on. I always used it in Windows. I used to use netscape in Linux b/c that's all there really was but since KDE 2.0 Konqueror has been making leaps and bounds and has already FAR surpassed Netscape.

Speaking of Konqueror, is there any way to clean the cache on that thing? I know those downloaded files are going somewhere, but I can't find where.

I must be in the minority. I use it in Win2k @ work, and it's been great. It hasn't crashed once is 3 weeks.
