Call your local REd Cross or look them up in the phone book. You can also go to your local hospital and they can do it.

Look up the local Red Cross in your phone book. They'll be able to tell you where they collect donations from and when. I'd be donating but I lived in England for a year and I'm considered "possibly contaminated". Seriously everyone should go out and donate, supplies were short before and now will be critical.
