Does anyone know any reputable e-retailers that sell computers to Canadian addresses, and accept USD as payment? ie pay in USD via credit card, shipped to Kingston/Ottawa, Ontario? Newegg doesn't, zipzoomfly doesn't, don't think buy.com does, and all canadian retailers charge a 10-15% higher price than newegg. I really don't want to pay $310 or what not for a Q6600 from ncix.com.

So, any reputable place that accepts USD as payment but ships to Canada?

I don't think you understand how it works.

Currency doesn't mean shit. It'll be converted regardless of how you pay. TigerDirect and NCIX are the only decent places that I know of that ship to Canada and the U.S. You can pricematch with DirectCanada (basically the same company as NCIX, cheaper prices).

DirectCanada.com has the Q6600 for $273.99, which is the cheapest you'll find right now (grab it quick). Just add the Q6600 to your cart on NCIX, view your cart here and click "Start Pricematch" or do it directly here. Copy and paste the URL of the processor from DirectCanada and input the price. Update Pricematch.

Remember, that although things may be "cheaper" in the US, if you ship from the US there are still duties and tariffs that you will have to pay.

If you are near the border, you could drive over to buy the items.
Most times, you won't even get any trouble at customs going
back. Worst that happens is you need to pay the import tax.
Now wether or not you will save enough to do this, depends.
If you combine it with say a trip for sightseeing, business or
vistiing relatives, it would save a lot.
