Where to buy win98 SE?

I have an older HP Pavilion that I want to upgrade the HD and reinstall a fresh new OS. The PC comes with win95, but I would like to install 98 SE. I don't want to install it over 95. Do I have buy a full licence, or will an upgrade work? Also where is a good place to pick up win98?

Upgrade is fine, just make sure you still have your Win '95 CD because it checks for it. I'm sure you can find it for cheap somewhere online . . .

What if I only have the HP recovery CD? That has win95 on it, but I dont think that it is an official install. Will an upgrade still work?
