Where to buy win98 SE?

I have an older HP Pavilion that I want to upgrade the HD and reinstall a fresh new OS. The PC comes with win95, but I would like to install 98 SE. I don't want to install it over 95. Do I have buy a full licence, or will an upgrade work? Also where is a good place to pick up win98?

You can just buy the upgrade version and use that CD to install 98SE. It will ask you to insert your 95 disk to verify that you have a previous version of Windows. And you can buy it just about anywhere that sells software.

Go to buycheapsoftware.com, good prices, OEM versions. An upgrade works as long as you have a prior version.
