Where to buy vinyl dye?

Where can I buy some vinyl dye? I want to dye my silver phone black.

You should find some for car's interior trim pieces at autozone and the like that would probably work

Auto Zone or Checker supposedly have it, I can't say first had however.

Anyone know how well dying a cell phone would work? Does it matter if dye gets in the hinges? I was planning to mask off the keypad, but I don't see how the dye would affect the electronics if any gets in. Hmmm..

why dont you take the phone out of the case if possible? That would make it much easier. I'd assume that you could take the keypad out as well.

I bought some Dupli-Color "vinyl color" from Autozone... But it's only worked on one thing, a cd holder. On everything else, a laptop numeric keypad, and a network card pcb, it just forms a layer like spraypaint. How do I make this stuff work?? Is there a better brand?
