Where to buy this umbrella in the U.S.A.?

I want to purchase one of these poppy umbrellas for my wife. However, the shipping costs bring it to almost $60, which I think is too much to pay for this umbrella.

And to potentially derail the thread, there are very few places in the US where I'd think it's worth it to pay more than $10 for an umbrella, considering there are very few places in the US where you will use an umbrella more than once a week (if that.) and the likelihood of losing it is big.
