Where to buy the AMD Socket-A 800 thunderbird CPU?

But I live in United States where to buy it? And which board should I buy for both price and value wise MSI or Asus?

Socket A cpus are just starting to show up. Not sure of anyone who actually can ship one right now. Same goes for most of the motherboards if you want a choice.
I know you don't want to hear this but I would wait for a few more weeks until the ASUS and Abit boards become available, most of the reviews rated them the top two boards for performance. Probably won't be until middle/end of August.
But there is an upside to waiting. Word is circulating that AMD will have price drops Sept 5, and probably introduce new speeds at same time. 1Ghz $495. 800MHz $190. are a couple of prices being quoted.

We have 'em here in Finland. Socket-A Thunderbird CPUs are being shipped here (in the store I'm buying it) straight from AMD Belgium. Any chanse of 'em being Dresden copper Thunderbirds rather than Austin Aluminium ones?
