Where to buy retail T-birds? (was: Quick! Pick a HSF for 8KTA3)

I'm trying to recommend a HSF for a new 8KTA3/T-bird 750 system for a friend. (8KTA3 is 117 shipped! What a deal.) This is just going to be a basic little system. I'd like to run the chip at 133FSB if I can for them, but in all reality they could care less and won't notice the speed difference surfing the net and talking on NetMeeting. Where can I pick out a cheap(ish), not-too-noisy HSF for them? Should they just pick up a chrome orb at upgradeplant (where they're buying the chip)? Will a chrome orb even fit on the Epox? I'm looking around at inflowdirect, but not sure if the dirt-cheap socket 370/socket a "look we fit both!" HSFs are a good choice or not.

EDIT: Looking to pick up a retail chip if possible... where can I find a retail Tbird 750-850?

thermaltake does make the volcano II as well though...often found for the same price or a few bucks more...and cools A LOT better...it's quiet as well...

cools better than a fop32, and is quiter...
 
Get a TaiSol. I love mine now..so damn quiet! Cools so/so...but it has a tiny fan and huge heatsink. If he isn't overclocking it would work great. I can hear myself think!
 
Where can you buy a retail chip less than 1 GHz anymore? Can't find any on Pricewatch.

Retail is actually their *preferred* option, but they thought they'd upgrade from a retail Duron 850 to a T-bird.
