Where to buy replacement lamp?

i'm looking for a replacement lamp (TY-LA1000), and i'm not loving what i've been finding. panasonic wants $280 + shipping, most online shops are about the same. one site has an abnormally low price, but they seem kinda sketchy. so, where do you folks get your replacements? any help is appreciated and will be rewarded in a future life.

$169 + shipping .... Panasonic has had lots of trouble with bulb failures including a class action lawsuit.

for the record, the tv is going on 5 years, so i have no complaints about the lifetime of the bulb. but yeah, i guess i was lucky.

I ordered a lamp from www.lamps-dlp.com two weeks ago and received it as promised (2 day shipping for a toshiba bulb)...they have free ground shipping IIRC...

$253 shipped

if you don't want to mess with putting the bulb in the old housing...

Just noticed it was only the bulb and not the whole assembly.
But it comes with a 1 year warranty and is easy to change.
This lamp should have about a 10000 hr life ... about 5 years
with a use of about 6 hrs a day
