Where to buy Pre-Built System for my Sister?

My sister's last computer just died and she needs to order a new one from somewhere today or this weekend for college. Unfortunately, I'm living in Florida right now and she is in New York so I can't order the parts myself and build it for cheap so she needs to order a complete system. All she needs to be able to run is Windows XP, MS Office 2003 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Firefox, dvd burning software, and AIM.

I looked to see what Dell has to offer right now and I'm not seeing any good deals 🙁 Does anyone have any suggestions on what to get and where? Links would be great. Ideally, all she wants to spend is $500-$700 w/ monitor included. Peripherals don't have to be included.

Dell has really good budget deals every couple of weeks. For like $300, you can get a Celeron D PC with LCD monitor I think. If you want better performance, get an Athlon 64 computer from like eMachines or HP (I think they make A64 comps, not exactly sure).
