I just ordered some prints from DeviantArt, but I don't know if they are a standard size. Any places online to order pretty cheap frames?
 
I work part time at a frame shop and that's a pretty funky size 😛 Id suggest custom framing at a store would be your best bet. I havent really looked into buying frames online however...

you can do that too....but to get the mats you are gonna have to go to a frame shop to get them cut

Choose custom metal frames, browse the collection till you like it, and then get the size you need. You specify width and height, and it calculates cost for you, etc
You can preview your art by uploading image. I used these guys for my framing my photos, and they are awesome
You'll need acryl/glass to complete the frame. You can buy it from them as well, but they sell in bulk. For lesser quantities there's another good website, but I don't have url at hand
