Where to buy Panaflo 120mm L1A - Artic Silver Question

I'm looking for a decently prices Panaflo 120mm L1A. Can anyone tell me the best place to find these besides www.caseetc.com ? they're sold out.

I've got a 1ghz athlon with a chrome orb and some crappy radioshack thermal paste. I've got a tube of artic silver II coming in soon and I've got two questions.
1) Best way to remove the radioshack crap?
2) Best way/amount to apply of the Artic Silver II. I intend on unlocking the processor with a conductive pen, will the artic silver interfere?

1) most people say they use googone, nail polish remover, or alcohol or osmething like that

2) asII wont interfere, since you're only putting it on the core and not where the bridges are... but dont plan on OCing too much with a chrome orb...

Ummm maybe our application methods differ. If I do it my usual way It'd be all over the l1 bridges. I spread a thin amount all around and get a nice even coat over the hole processor. You ?

that's unnecessary. the only part the hsf is touching is the core itself. and as2 has a negligible amount of electrical conductivity, btw.

yea... its only supposed to go on the core of the processor, none on any part of the ceramic... there are instructions at www.arcticsilver.com
