Where to buy only a piece for a blender.

Ok, the title is very vague. I have a black and decker blender with a glass cup thing. The bottom part that connects the cup to the motor broke. I just need the screw thing and the blades, where can I find just that piece? I don't want to have to buy a whole blender again. I checked the black and decker site and ebay and nothing. Then again I'm not sure what that piece is actually called.

Any help will be appreciated.
