Does anyone know if and where one can buy OEM/system builder versions of Vista that have SP1 integrated on the DVD?

TigerDirect, for instance, has 32-bit and 64-bit OEM Vista HP with SP1 for 110 bones - HB versions are 90 bucks... 😉
