Dont get Lasik. get Lasek

100% success rate. 3 min operation, no metal knife for flap.
Back to work same day.

there are some serious questions about lasek.

it uses a laser to cut the flap, there are questions as to what real advantage that brings to the table.

I would personally go with a brand like Zeal Optics over Oakley. They are just as nice, much much cheaper, most of the glasses come with three pairs of lenses (smoke, clear, hi-vis yellow) and their customer service rocks. There was some confusion with my order for a set of prescription glasses and one of the co-owners of the company called me personally to get things straightened out. They also have a very cheap replacement policy if you ever crunch your glasses.

From what I hear, Oakley is so dictatorial about who they allow to sell them, that you'll *never* find anything that's very much below what Sunglass Hut offers, except in the case of closing out a line or a color combination, in which case Sunglass Hut will have them cheap too. ("Cheap" meaning like $99 if they were originally $129). When I was looking for mine, I went to a Sunglass Hut Outlet, and their Oakleys were just as expensive as at the mall. Good luck on finding something, but I don't think you will.
