where to buy low profile back plates?

i'm trying to find a place that sells low profile back plates. preferably ones that have a slot pre-cut for modem cards and stuff. anyone know a place?


something like this place except a reliable place with it precut.
 
How bout standard profile brackets for Intel Pro 1000 PCI-X NIC's? I got a 5 pack from ebay but it only came w/ low profile brackets so they are not in use ( cost about $8 bucks a peice so not to bad)
