Where to buy Lian-Li PC-60 Fan Mounts?

So I have an older Lian-Li PC60 case. Instead of metal screws, it uses plastic screw-like clip things to hold the fan on the case. I would like to know where to purchase these things, if they are available as I dont want to screw in fans.
