Where to buy legal/genuine Win7 Pro x64 license?

I have the installation media, where can I buy a genuine windows 7 pro key for the least possible price and be sure that it's genuine / not blacklisted or pirated key that they may misuse?
 
Call me paranoid, but I doubt I would even give $25 do a Chinese website who's domain contact is a gmail address.

I know it sounds too good to be true it was recommended from a d00d on MyDigitalLife Forums

I couldn't find anything as low as this so I'm willing to take a chance for 25 USD

I made the order but they haven't sent me the payment link yet 🙁

We have subscripted the MSDN for 5 five years which provide us windows keys and office keys. Need to know more info, just go to microsoft to have a look! So just believe us that our key is genuine except some unwork keys(Sometime it happens, but not often), If you have recieved the keys that doesn't work, just tell us we will exchange you with a new key or refund your money. You got had. There's no such thing as cheap Windows. Newegg will be about the price you pay anywhere ±$10 or so. The only way to get it cheaper is directly through MS if they're running a promotion.

now I got an email saying they dont accept paypal although it was an option while checking out! what the heck

They won't sell just a key AFAIK. You have to buy a whole package. Key sale is rare concept AFAIK, and only available through DigitalRiver.
 
No point buying 7 OEM, its tied to the mobo until death. 8 OEM can be reinstalled a squillion times at will if you'd like, all for a tasty $99. Can't beat that unless you want to waste time fiddling with Linux.
 
There is no source for cheap general-use Windows licenses, unless you buy a used license off of eBay or somewhere. Anyone claiming to sell cheap legit Windows licenses is either outright scamming you, or selling you a specialized license that you're not permitted to use (in which case you may as well just pirate it).
 
People still sell them on ebay all the time and with just a "qualifying piece of hardware" which is usually a dead floppy drive or something.
 
Wait for Newegg to have a sale. They had Windows 7 Pro for sale for $79.99 after promo code recently. (The lowest I've ever seen it.)
 
Not cheap, but several years ago I bought Win 7 full retail and am now running it on two home computers (after a call to Microsoft to get their o.k.). I have no idea what their current contracts say, but I think with full retail you can install Win 7 as many times as you want on one computer.

It isn't tied to just the motherboard for life. I've repaired a few computers with new motherboards and Win7 OEM. Most don't even make me re-activate, the couple that have were no problem either.

Thanks for the info. However, I don't think you can run OEM on more than one computer at a time(which is probably beside the point).

And when you did have to call did you have any issues, or did they just let you re-activate it? That's why my original comment was that it it NOT "tied to the mobo until death" as escrow4 claimed.
 
Really..you thought you could buy a legit Win7 key for $25. That's awesome. This thread should be a sticky on how not to believe everything you read on the internet.

Nothing like people trying to profit off selling extra MSDN keys. And people wonder why they're shutting the program down.
