I'm looking for a diamond and pearl necklace in the $500-$1000 range. Actually a gold/white gold chain with a diamond and pearl pendant.

Been to all the local places and couldn't find what I was looking for.
 
Jewelry is one of those things that I would not buy online. You would probably be better off buying it in person...

When I saw the original post this was my immediate thought, as well. Unless the online retailer is well known and offers an 100% money back guarantee I wouldn't buy expensive jewelry online.

Amazon.com sells jewlery online now

Bluenile.com is also a good place. I have used bluenile and would reccomend them to others. everybody has used amazon.com so no need to reccomend or not reccomend them as you probably already have your own opinion of them.
