Go to Radio shack. Sure, it will be a higher price than monoprice. But it will definitely be less when you add in shipping.

I bought one of those about 6 months ago from my local Radio Shack. I would assume they still sell the adapters. If not, you can get one from Nohr's link although it appears to be back-odered right now.
