Where to buy guaranteed oc'd chip w/fans and cooling?

HI! I need to purchase a new comp just for audio recording preferably a Celery 566 that can be oc'd to ?. What small computer companies offer this hardware. Please assist! TIA and IAT Psongman

My one (and last) experience with Sunshine Star sucked. I bought a Guaranteed 366@550 2.2 V or less, couldn't get it stable even at 2.3, sanded it off, didn't work. I followed their instructions perfectly and it didn't work, so i started to experiment, and didn't work either. Guaranteed chips suck, but from the For Sale Forum from well-established guys is good I guess.
