anyone? I tried ebay but it's useless, all the titles are misleading and I can only find generics, not genuine epson. need to pay less than $20/$22 retail.

i've been using the Generic replacement carts for my Epson 880

that I bought from a seller on ebay for 2bucks for black 3 bucks for color i think ..

i bought like 6 of each and i'm still using it without any problems..

i've printed photos with em as well and they work quite well..

same if not better than OEM ones~

Im looking for "T007" black and "T008" color for a stylus photo 780, if that helps. I cant find a single place that sells these. Need to be genuine epson, not generic.

actually, that search isn't particularly helpful. In the top like 30 listings, only 1 is selling *genuine* cartridges as far as I can tell. that price is OK but with shipping its comparable to retail prices here.

I've seen Black for around $22 each when bought in a 2 pack.

I belive that cartridge has a chip in it that measures how much ink is in the cartridge. If you are comcerned about using genarics because of this, there are work arounds to the chip problem. If the chip is not your issue with genarics, then ignore what you just read!;)

I've heard nothing but praise for Megatoners.com

Mostly color consistency/reproduction and quality issues at 1440dpi and up. I base this on negative peer experience in my industry. I've posted on photo.net asking if anyone has found any *good* generic ink that is completely comparable, but I'm hesitant at this point.
