Where to buy ECC SODIMMS?

Specifically a 256MB ECC SODIMM module. PC2100 or higher.

Every vendor has them but NON ECC. :|

I've never seen any ECC SODIMMs. Are you sure you can get them?

Why do you need it? I don't think I've ever seen a laptop that uses ECC.

It's not for a laptop, it's for a RAID HBA.

Crucial doesn't seem to have it either.

That part despite the description, is not ECC nor is it registered! They have mis labeled it. Thanks for the effort, I found that one using Froogle and got excited over that until I checked with the manufacturer. The part number is a giveaway too, as it has a 64 instead of 72 in it.

Looks like this is specialty item.
