Any retailer with an electronics section should have it too.
Kmart, Walmart, Target, etc.

well, i live in CT, so I don't think there are any Fry's near me, but the bb and compusa are 40+ min away and the gas cost would probably cancel out the price of the air can. There's a costco near me, so i could probably just find one of my friends with a membership to take me along with them, I need some supplies/snacks for college anyhow.

A bit off topic, I take the case outside and give it a good blow job with a shop vac, just dont let the fans spin too much, have heard it may possibly damage them by too many RPM, althouhg I personally have never seen one get damaged by this process, and I have cleaned out quite a few cases like this.

Can't you use a mini vacuum cleaner? Albeit not a very powerful one. But it should get the job done just as well.

I have one of the old style vacuums that has a tube. I just go in and suck everything out as well. I havn't ruined any fans yet, and the vacuum is extremely powerful, so it seems to be ok to do.

Do not blow the air out of your case with your mouth. The moisture and spittle in your breathe can cause problems with the eletronics. Water and electronics do not mix.

Compressed air can be bought in many places, though. Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Costco Sam's Club, etc.

I usually do the blowing method... although, if I were dusting out the inside of a computer, then I would probably use compressed air, because you're breathing in all that dust otherwise, and that can't be healthy... that's the main reason for me... I don't have the problem of spitting when I talk or blow.

edit: oh, btw, I have used an old toothbrush to clean of an IC. that usally works pretty well...
tip: don't use the toothbrush again... j/k, I didn't do that, seriously, though, try a toothbrush. It works real nice. Of course, my dad is a dentist, so toothbrushes were never in short supply.

I'd assume you would go outside and clean it right? Cause if you're doing it inside all that dust would just be moved to the desk or floor in that room.

Can't you just use a Super Soaker with no water in it? You know, use the hand pump to pump up the air pressure and give it a good blast.
