I've been looking for a copy of Citrix Metaframe Presentation Server 4.0, standard version, to buy. I'd only need a 5 license version or so. Is it possible to buy such a thing? If so where?

I've already tried the usual culprits... Amazon, CDW, Newegg, etc.
